Our Vision
Valuing Social Enterprise and Holistic development
At Westview, we prepare learners not just to find work, but to understand how real value is created. With real life production we create an understanding of the value chain ensuring they enter the job market as effective and efficient workers.
Through our Technical Occupational Curriculum and hands-on production, learners build genuine technical skills. Backed by the academic curriculum, they're equipped to meet the demands of working life and confidently navigate the modern workplace.
As a social enterprise, we align every learner's growth with real industry demand - reaching out to companies and creating school-to-work opportunities to let learners step confidently into real working environments.

Our school is divided into two sections. One section spends the full day attending classroom-based academic lessons, while the other works in the workshops. The sections rotate daily, ensuring all learners benefit equally from both academic and practical learning.
How We Educate

Our Methodology: The Value Chain
We believe the most effective preparation is exposure to the entire manufacturing process rather than a singular trade in isolation. To keep up with the dynamic work environment we understand the need to readjust constantly to align with the acute demands of the industry:
Resource Management: Understanding the optimum and economical use of materials.
Market Dynamics: Mastering the relationship between quality, time management, and price vs. profit.
By engaging in real-time production, our learners manufacture professional-grade items for the public market. They experience the complete value chain—from the procurement of raw materials and consumables to the calculation of time and labor costs. This immersion assists them in recognizing their intrinsic value as skilled workers, teaching them to optimize outcomes and understand the financial mechanics of a successful product.
